The next few months of grape ripening is the time when we are focusing on keeping the vineyard in balance. Biodynamic farming gives us essential tools in this process. The BD activities from January to March involve preparations, cow pat pit and cow manure. Here are some of the most important "fixes" we will be using until harvest:

500 Cow manure

501 Silica from powdered quartz 

503 Chamomile flower heads fermented in soil

504 Stinging nettle tea

505 Oak bark

506 Dandelion flower heads
