Seresin Waterfall Bay Feast is on again! We are looking forward to our winter celebration on Aug 31st– Sept 2nd. Beautiful food by Giulio and Christy Sturla from Roots Restaurant in Lyttelton will be matched with new release of Seresin wines and olive oils. Roots is a three hats restaurant with focus on local, biodynamic and foraged ingredients.
Lunches and dinners are hosted by Seresin Estate at Waterfall Bay restaurant in Marlborough Sounds. We invite chefs from all over the world. Previous culinary talents who joined us included Anna Hansen MBE from The Modern Pantry, Hamish Brown from Roka, Brad Farmerie from Saxon&Parole, The Providore’s Peter Gordon and Chantelle Nicholson from Tredwells.
