Organic and biodynamic viticulture and winemaking are the heart and soul of life at Seresin, so we’re looking forward to taking part in the Organic Winegrowers conference that is taking place here in Marlborough in July.

Not only are we showing a range of our wines at the tasting, but Clive, our winemaker, will also be presenting a seminar sharing his experiences of working with wild yeasts.

We actually use wild yeast ferments across all of our wines, which is part of what makes them all uniquely expressive of their origins and their vintages.
