After all the grapes are safely in the winery, a second harvest brings a new group of interns to the Estate. Seen here, the olives are shaken from the trees and gathered in nets by hand. Seresin Estate originally imported olives from a specialist olive nursery in Tuscany owned by the renowned Attilio Sonnoli. We chose a selection of the classic varieties known to make Tuscan extra virgin olive oil probably the best in the world.
