Naturally Feasting

We are very fortunate to collaborate with a small group of like-minded, Marlborough Natural Wine Growers who share a passion for producing the very best wine possible. The group share common beliefs and approaches that we believe are important for quality and environmental sustainability. Each of the seven wineries have their own unique story and together we can create opportunities to share these. 

On Friday 27th January, we together hosted a group of international Sommeliers, Journalists and Buyers travelling through New Zealand with New Zealand Winegrowers to Pinot Noir 2017. Guests arrived to our occasional restaurant in Waterfall Bay. They were invited to sample wines in the garden followed by a three course meal catered by Sander De Wildt, talented chef of Karaka Cuisine. Magnums were served over the course of the dinner, showcasing new releases, co-fermentations, unique varieties and icons from each winery. 

The Marlborough Natural Winegrowers include: Seresin Estate, Huia, Hans Herzog, Fromm, Te Whare Ra, Clos Henri and Rock Ferry.
