Pinot Gris 2021

 

Poached pears and stewed apples combine with a touch of spice in the 2021 Pinot Gris. Full and seamless, it offers satisfying weight as it flows calmly along. The mellow textural structure is no surprise considering that the organic grapes were whole-bunch-pressed and fermented in neutral oak barriques. There's a tactile sensation on the lightly salty finish, providing a gentle frame on the medium length.
