Memento Riesling 2016

Tangy riesling with delicious sweet-and-sour tension and a lingering mouth-watering finish. Quite a robust wine with apricot, white rose, lime-citrus and a hint of oyster-shell-mineral character. Great now but should age well to develop more toasty complexity.
