The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Mārama is a full-bodied, mouthwatering, barrel-fermented expression, delectably textured with richness of substance making it good enough to eat. This is a wine with girth and weight but also with a line of firm of balanced acidity that sails through, providing a sense of direction. Expect peach strudel and light toast flavors on the tangy, blackcurrant- and citrus-laden, medium-length finish.
