Fermented as whole bunches with two months of skin contact, the 2018 Beautiful Chaos Skins Fermented Pinot Gris is a bright orange color. Cidery notes accent apples, pears and spring flowers on the nose of this full-bodied, broad and softly tannic wine. Complex, spicy and long, it's a fine example of a skin-contact white.
