Sun and Moon Pinot Noir

From a specific and very small parcel of vines within the Osip slope of our Raupo vineyard, Sun & Moon is a special wine in our portfolio and dear to our hearts. Made only in good years and from our finest grapes, this is the purest expression of Pinot Noir we can make. The vines are cropped to produce enough fruit for slightly less than one bottle per vine, and this fruit is handpicked and completely destemmed before being fermented with wild yeast. It is savoury and complex, crafted with ageing in mind. The supple tannins provide structure for rich and succulent fruit weight, creating a balance between power and elegance.
