Sauvignon Blanc Marama
Sourced from a single parcel of Sauvignon Blanc from our biodynamically farmed Raupo Creek vineyard in the Omaka Valley. Marama shows the depth and complexity that Sauvignon Blanc can present when grown and crafted with a different philosophy in mind. Fleshy and concentrated, Marama is laden with aromas of tropical fruits that marry with flinty, savoury notes. Wild fermentation, extended lees contact and barrel ageing, including new French oak, have ensured that the palate is complex, full and structured. A hugely evocative and seductive wine. Drink now and cellar up to 2033.
